Big Bear's new Chef, Isaiah Ruffin, is hosting a 5 course tasting dinner on Thursday (6/27) with the distillers of the local, women owned, Republic Restoratives distillery.
The dinner will be a coursed cocktail tasting with representatives from Republic Restoratives paired with a 5 course meal.
Growers for the meal include Little Wild Things (urban farming), Up-Top Acres (rooftop farming), Firefly Farms (MD cheesemaker), Dicot (MD organic), Randall Linebacks (VA pasture raised livestock), and Food Love Farm.
This is one of Isaiah's first dinners with Big Bear. It will highlight some of the new partners he's looking to bring to the neighborhod.
