Join us for this new installation in Chef Wing's delicious multi-course meals. This time, Chef Wing is going Vegan!
This May, Chef Wing will be teaming up with close friend Chef, Dorjee Tsering, former owner and chef of Dorjee Momo, a popular Capitol Hill hotspot which was covered three times in the Washington Post, before it's close last summer. These two talented chefs hope to use this pop-up to highlight the value that the diverse backgrounds, experience, and history that immigrants bring to DC, and intend to continue to create platforms for immigrant chefs to share their perspectives with the DC food community.
The Filipino-Tibetan pop-up is a five-course, set menu meal where you will receive a variety of Tibetan and Filipino dishes, all of which will emphasize the Chef's skills in Vegan cooking. With your ticket, you will also receive a uniquely crafted cocktail to compliment your five-course meal.
So join us on May 13th for some of the best, most unique vegan food you've ever tasted!
