Ingredients are sourced from local farms, dairy producers, and vendors – with focus on the vendors from our very own Bloomingdale Farmers’ Market that opens every Sunday from 9am to 1pm (May through November).

Our suppliers include: Reid’s Orchard and Winery; Garner’s Produce; Bounty Hill FarmsRadix Farm; Path Valley Farms; Trickling Springs Creamery; Truck Patch FarmsShelburne Farms, the Capitol Meats Local Farm Program; and Fells Point Meats.
